Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

🧾 Include your order number in the email

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still be eligible for a return (see our Returns & Exchanges Policy).

💰 Refunds
You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:

✅ Your order was canceled within the allowed window

✅ You returned an item that meets our Return Eligibility

✅ Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo evidence required)

📦 Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

💳 If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🚫 Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
