At Violava, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

 To cancel, email us at support@violava.com

 Include your order number in the email

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still be eligible for a return (see our Returns & Exchanges Policy).

Refunds
You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:

 Your order was canceled within the allowed window

 You returned an item that meets our Return Eligibility

 Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo evidence required)

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 We’ll notify you via email

 If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on your refund? Try these steps:

 Check your bank or credit card account again

 Contact your bank or card issuer — some refunds take additional time to process

 If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@violava.com

Exchanges or Replacements
If your order arrived:

 Damaged

 Incorrect

 Defective

We’re happy to send you a free replacement.

 Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include:

 Your order number

 A clear photo showing the issue
