🎨 The item is not custom or personalized
✂️ Note: Items that are personalized or made-to-order (e.g., embroidered with names/initials) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

📥 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
📧 Email: support@violava.com within 14 days of delivery
Include:

✍️ Reason for return
🖼️ Photos, if applicable
🗺️ We’ll send you the return address and instructions
📬 Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving our response
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
📢 We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
💵 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
