At Violava, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, if:

 The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition & packaging

 You can provide proof of purchase

 The item is not custom or personalized

Note: Items that are personalized or made-to-order (e.g., embroidered with names/initials) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item if:

 It’s defective

 It arrived damaged

 You received the wrong item

To start an exchange:
 Email us at support@violava.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

 Email: support@violava.com within 14 days of delivery

Include:

 Order number

 Reason for return

 Photos, if applicable

 We’ll send you the return address and instructions

 Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving our response

 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

 We’ll notify you of approval or rejection

 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following unless they are damaged or defective:

 Custom or personalized items

 Final Sale items

 Gift cards

Fair Return Practices
We uphold fair return and refund practices in accordance with:
